2  What data do we collect and how?

We keep data collection to a minimum. We only use two third‑party services—Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Firebase—which gather information as described below.

We do not use any other cookies, advertising trackers, or social‑media pixels.

2.1  Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics sets first‑party cookies to recognise repeat visits and compile aggregated statistics. We have enabled IP anonymisation so that your IP address is truncated before storage. You can refuse Analytics cookies via our consent banner or by installing the Google Analytics Opt‑out Add‑on.

Firebase may set cookies solely to maintain the security and integrity of the Site (e.g. to detect abuse).

3  Why do we process your data? (Legal bases)

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

6  International data transfers

Because Google’s infrastructure is global, your information may be transferred outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on adequacy decisions (e.g. EU‑US Data Privacy Framework when applicable) or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the UK Information Commissioner.

7  Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to:

8  Security

We use industry‑standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit and server‑side encryption at rest (via Firebase). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9  Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10  Links to other websites

Our Site may contain links to third‑party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing personal data.

11  Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
